Joseph Lacourse is a former Reconnaissance Marine and service-disabled combat veteran of the Global War on Terror who has spent his career on both sides of the VA system—first navigating his own claims and later serving as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
His advanced clinical experience includes emergency medicine, critical care, flight nursing, health and wellness, and prior work in Compensation & Pension examinations. He founded Over the Horizon to bring accurate, defensible medical documentation to veterans whose histories deserve to be fully understood.
